Hailing from Wilmington, NC, his career spans over two and a half decades, during which he has held significant positions in Human Resources (HR) and clinical research, including his current position as the Chief People Officer (CPO) at Javara. 

He was born in Oklahoma City. A self-proclaimed outdoors enthusiast, his penchant for activities such as golfing and boating was kindled early on in life.
